Separate meeting rooms for more efficient team meetings!
Description
1. The above are the specifications of the resort meeting room (including tables and chairs), with a standard configuration of tables and chairs, whiteboards, lecture tables, microphones x2 and other objects. Rental of other equipment will be separately charged.
2. Meeting room hours: 8:00am-12:00pm, 13:00pm-17:00pm and 18:00pm-21:00pm daily.
3. The arrangement requirements of meeting room table and chairs need to be provided three days in advance. Change of venue table type needs to be booked in advance, and two hours of lead time is required (within the original meeting time slot, additional charges will be applied for overtime).
4. For each time slot over 30 minutes, 1/3 of the fee will be added, for over 1 hour, 2/3 of the fee will be added, and for over 1.5 hours, the full fee will be added.123131 -
